These terms cover the glyphlabs watch faces and this website. They are written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
The faces
glyphlabs publishes apps for Garmin devices through the Connect IQ Store, starting with watch faces. Umbra is free of charge. Future faces may be paid; their price is shown in the store before purchase, and the purchase itself is handled by Garmin under Garmin's terms.
Licence
You may install and use our faces on any compatible Garmin device you own, for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile or repackage them.
What you should expect
- The faces depend on Garmin's Connect IQ platform, on Garmin Connect and on the data your watch provides. If Garmin changes or discontinues any of these, a face may stop working or lose a feature. We fix what we can, but we cannot promise it.
- Values such as heart rate, stress or Body Battery are shown as the watch reports them. They are for information only and are not medical advice or a medical device.
- Updates are delivered through the Connect IQ Store. Installing an update may change how a face looks.
- We provide the faces as they are. To the extent permitted by law, glyphlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the face.
Refunds
Umbra is free. For paid faces, refunds follow Garmin's store policy; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer law at your place of residence.
